Message from the President

Who you do it with matters more than what you do.

Our reason for taking on franchising
is not that we want to open more stores.

I have worked across a number of different fields, and one thought has returned to me again and again: who you do it with matters more than what you do. Through people I had worked with before, I became involved in launching a pre-owned goods purchasing business and a franchise business, and that path has now led me to take on the role of representative director.

To my mind, a franchise is not simply a model for opening stores. It is a system for taking a single source of value, making it reproducible, and delivering it to many more people.

By making that system our own, I believe we can carry excellent products and culture, and the traditions and craftsmanship rooted in Japan's regions, to people not only in Japan but overseas as well.

Travelling abroad, I have met many people who hold Japanese manufacturing, food and culture in high regard. At the same time, I have come to feel how much of Japan's value has still not been conveyed to the world.

That is precisely why I want to take on the challenge of leaving these things behind not as one-off efforts, but as systems that can keep spreading.

What I want to achieve through franchising is to pass on what is good about Japan to the next generation, and to carry it out into the world. If that in turn helps build a society where people in Japan can go on taking pride in their culture and their work, nothing would please me more.

There is still a great deal for me to learn. I intend to build experience one step at a time and to keep taking on new challenges.

President and Representative Director, INARIbi Inc.

Our Purpose

What we are working toward

Value, put into a form that can be repeated

Even excellent products and skills go no further if they belong to one person alone. We put our criteria and procedures into words, so that the same quality can be delivered no matter who is in charge.

Never a one-off

Not a single success, but something left behind as a system that can keep spreading. That is why we have chosen franchising as our means.

To the next generation, and to the world

Passing on what is good about Japan to the next generation, and carrying it out into the world. We are working toward a society where people in Japan can go on taking pride in their culture and their work.
