Franchise headquarters business

As the headquarters for our own brand, we handle everything from recruiting franchisees to launch support and ongoing operational support after opening. We measure our own success by whether franchisees keep turning a profit.

Our Role

What the headquarters provides

The brand and the product

We provide the brand, the specifications for products and services, and the design standards for the store. The headquarters guarantees that the same quality can be maintained at every location.

Support from site selection to opening

Location selection, financial planning, arranging interiors and fixtures, pre-opening training: we hand our store development practice directly to our franchisees.

Operational support after opening

We review sales, cost of goods and labour costs together, and support continuous improvement in promotion and day-to-day operations. Standing beside franchisees after the doors open is the headquarters' job.

Strength

What makes the INARIbi headquarters different

The headquarters does store development itself

Viewing properties, negotiating terms, building the numbers, and actually opening the doors. Because the headquarters does this work itself, we can pass on real judgement from the field rather than theory on paper.

We say no to openings that do not add up

More franchisees mean more revenue for the headquarters. Even so, we will not recommend an opening where the trade area and the numbers do not add up. Adding stores that cannot last is a loss for both sides.
