Japan is full of excellent products and culture, and of traditions and craftsmanship rooted in its regions, that have yet to reach the audience they deserve. Rather than letting them end as one-off efforts, we want to leave them behind as systems that can keep spreading. Passing on what is good about Japan to the next generation, and carrying it out into the world, is what we are working toward.

As the headquarters for our own brand, we handle everything from recruiting franchisees to launch support and ongoing operational support after opening. Because the headquarters knows the shop floor first-hand, we can build a structure in which franchisees keep turning a profit.

How we think
Locations are decided by numbers
Not by the impression of foot traffic or by gut feeling, but by trade-area population, pedestrian flow, competitors, and the relationship between rent and projected sales. Most of what decides whether a store succeeds is settled before it opens.
The real work begins after opening
Opening a store is not the finish line. Read the numbers, make adjustments, and get the business into a state where it can keep going. We regard that support after opening as the headquarters' job.

A store that depends on one person's talent cannot be multiplied. We put our criteria and procedures into words so that they can be handed on to the next person.
